What Renom connects to

Renom has 4 connections (2 live, 1 in early access, 1 coming soon). Each one below carries the status the app itself shows, so nothing here is more available than it is in Renom.

Live

Switched on and working today.

  • Other review sites (Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Healthgrades and more) Live

Add your page's address; Renom reads the reviews the page publishes once a day, never signs in, and you post approved replies there yourself.

  • Review request API (Zapier) Live

An API key lets your booking or point-of-sale system, or a tool like Zapier, send each finished visit so Renom asks that customer for a review.

Early access

Connectable and working, but not yet proven with real customer accounts, or still waiting on the provider's review.

  • Google Business Profile Early access

Google sign-in with Business Profile access; Renom reads your reviews every 15 minutes and posts the replies you approve.

Waiting on: Google's Business Profile API access approval and OAuth verification (apps/renom/INTEGRATION.md section 6); until approved the API quota is zero.

Coming soon

Built or planned, not switched on yet. What it waits on is listed.

  • Text messages (Twilio) Coming soon

Each workspace is registered with US carriers and given its own local number; texts go only to customers recorded as agreeing, and STOP works at once.

Waiting on: New Odyssey's Twilio ISV and A2P 10DLC carrier registration (apps/renom/INTEGRATION.md section 7); until then review requests go by email.
