Changes
A reviews inbox with replies you approve
Reviews from other review sites, and reviews you add by hand, land in one inbox, each with a reply drafted in your voice. Nothing is posted until someone approves it. The Google Business Profile connection is built and in early access while Google approves its API access.
Review requests by email
Ask customers for a review one at a time, from a spreadsheet or through the API, with one reminder. Every customer is offered the public review link. Texting is built and switches on once carrier registration is approved.
Alerts and a weekly summary
Renom emails your team when a low rating, unhappy private feedback or a repeated complaint comes in, and sends a summary of reviews, replies and requests every Monday.
Texts wait for local daytime hours
A review request text that falls behind schedule, after a retry or a backlog, still waits for 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the location's time zone before it goes out.
