Everything Renom does

Ask every customer for a review by email (by text once carrier registration is approved), draft a reply to each review in your voice for you to approve, and flag problems early. Everything below is built and works today; a connection still in early access carries a tag.

What Renom does today

  • Sends review requests by email with at most one reminder, and doesn't ask the same customer again within the chosen period.
  • Offers every customer the public review link, whatever rating they pick; the private note is optional, never a filter.
  • Refuses to save request wording that offers an incentive or asks only for five-star reviews.
  • Drafts a reply to each review in the business's voice; nothing is posted until someone approves it.
  • Reads the reviews other review sites publish once a day, and takes reviews added by hand.
  • Emails alerts for low ratings, unhappy private feedback and repeated complaints, and a weekly summary every Monday.
  • In clinic mode, drafted replies never confirm that a reviewer is a patient or mention their care.

Everything in one place

  • Review requests by email. Send one, send many from a spreadsheet, or connect your booking or point-of-sale system through the API (Zapier works too). Requests go out after the delay you choose, with one reminder. Texts are built and wait on carrier registration: once approved they go only to customers who agreed, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.
  • A private feedback step that isn't a filter. Customers can pick a rating and send you a private note, and every customer is offered the public review link, whatever they pick.
  • Other review sites, and Google in early access. Add your Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor or Healthgrades page: Renom reads the reviews those pages publish once a day, and you can add any others by hand. The Google Business Profile connection (reviews every 15 minutes, replies posted from Renom) is built and waits on Google's API access approval.
  • Replies drafted in your voice. Tell Renom how you talk and it learns from the replies you approve. For clinics, replies never confirm someone is a patient or mention their care.
  • You approve every reply. Nothing is posted until someone on your team approves it. You copy the approved reply to the review site and mark it posted; once Google approves the connection, Google replies post straight from Renom.
  • Alerts and a weekly summary. An email when a low rating or unhappy private note comes in, or when one complaint comes up again and again. Every Monday: new reviews, replies, requests and what customers mention most.
  • A dashboard you can read. Your rating month by month, how many reviews you've answered and how fast, and how many customers you asked went on to the review page.
  • Locations and your team. Each location with its own reviews and review link. Invite your whole team as admins, editors or viewers.

Connections

Coming connections are on the integrations page.

  • Google Business Profile. Google sign-in with Business Profile access; Renom reads your reviews every 15 minutes and posts the replies you approve.Early access
  • Other review sites (Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Healthgrades and more). Add your page's address; Renom reads the reviews the page publishes once a day, never signs in, and you post approved replies there yourself.
  • Review request API (Zapier). An API key lets your booking or point-of-sale system, or a tool like Zapier, send each finished visit so Renom asks that customer for a review.

Questions buyers ask

Can Renom send review requests by text?

Not yet. Texting is built and waits on New Odyssey's carrier registration with Twilio, so requests go by email meanwhile. Once it's on, Renom texts only customers recorded as agreeing, from the business's own registered local number, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time, and STOP takes effect at once.
